The Hood - Road trip day 1

We had beautiful sunshine for the first day of our journey, this picture was taken as we were driving across Mount Hood. After this we went to Lake Billy Chinook and paddled in the water which was lovely.

I got a whiff of SKUNK (the animal kind), Stacy guessed someone had run one over and it had 'let one off' so to speak.

We got to Sisters in the afternoon to be met by Stacy's Auntie Ann and her dog Fritz. Auntie Ann was nice but Fritz was a little on the smelly side.

Favourite Auntie Ann quote (when discussing some young waiters) - "Get em young and raise em how you like em".

Unusual wildlife spotted - Baby Chipmunk, Quails, Llama's.
